» Served with ~ Irishman Founder’s Reserve
A fabulous Irish blend of 70% single malt whiskey and 30% single pot still whiskey. After
being triple distilled, the Irishman Founder’s Reserve is aged in bourbon casks. Bernard
Walsh, you should be proud!

Appetizer
LAMB KEFTA with Grilled Apricot Glaze
» Served with ~ Irishman Single Malt
The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey comes, surprisingly, from Ireland. It’s a triple
distilled expression which is aged in both sherry and bourbon casks for over 10 years
before bottling.

Salad
BEET BACON & CABBAGE SALAD
» Served with ~ Writer’s Tears Copper Pot
Writers Tears is a light, sweet Irish whiskey made using a mix of single pot still and single
malt whiskeys, resulting in oodles of honey’d, fruity notes. Wonderfully easy to drink,
it would make for a great introduction to Irish whiskey for folks new to the spirit. No
writers were harmed in the making of this whiskey.

Entrée
GRILLED NEW YORK STEAK with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce,
Colcannon Irish Potatoes and Roasted Cauliflower
» Served with ~ Irishman 12 year
The fourth release of The Irishman 12 Year Old single malt Irish whiskey from Walsh.
These bottlings are aged in first-fill bourbon barrels and only released once a year (this
one was from their 2016 release) with just 6,000 bottles making their way to shelves.
Top notch stuff as ever.

Dessert
KERRY IRISH APPLE CAKE
» Served with ~ Irishman Irish Cream
Lots of classic cream liqueur notes with a dose of sweet Irish whisky and a little stewed
coffee at the back, massively creamy, very slick with a whisky-ness mid-palate.
