Each week our Chefs create a four-course dinner menu.

Each course is paired with a specially selected glass of wine.

Wednesday nights for $37.95 per person

Beautiful aromas of pears, exotic fruits and wild flowers. On the palate, the wine has generous, soft but lively

fruit with firm flavors, good acidity and a long finish.

Second Course

Charlie’s Irish Seafood Bisque

Hints of minerality are intermingled with flavors and aromas of tropical fruit, melon

and an underlying citrus tone.

Main Course

Smoked Grilled Ribeye Steak

Cajun Horseradish Sauce

Bodega Norton Malbec

Deep red color, with violet hints. Sweet and spicy aromas reminiscent of black pepper.

Ripe red fruit on the palate, with smooth, harmonious tannins.
